Simplemente Deli is an innovative idea created in 2003 by Edgar and Luis Ramos. After perceiving the absence of the deli concept in the state of Colima, they decided to create a restaurant that offered a wide variety of gourmet deli items, such as: Panini-like sandwiches made with different types of bread: ciabattas & bagels, international wraps, exquisite salads with a wide range of original house made dressings, hot & cold drinks and a variety of table wines.

Simplemente Deli is distinguished as the number one deli-restaurant. Plaza Brizza in the new center with KFC and Office Depot.
